I have a set of commands that I only want to be available if a particular component is dragged on to the stage at authortime.  Otherwise they shouldn't be there.  I've read that I should go with one controller for the project.   How does that fit with Moock's one controller per view and one view per controller approach?  Should I  have a videoController and a video-less controller for my video and non-video views respectively?  The goal is for a fla compiled without the video to have the basic set of commands but in a case where there is a video to provide theose extra commands.

I know my explanation is spotty - I'm having a time parsing out the wording of the question.
