Hi Ralf
Thanks for the quick reply!

I am using the -version 6 parameter to compile with MTASC

It still seems like XML.sendAndLoad (not cross domain) is not working as
expected.

Other features are broken as well, and there are no compile time errors wich
makes it very difficult to debug.

I removed all exeptions and interfaces and it works fine in FP7.

Macromedia Flash compiles it for FP6 without complaining but still essential
functionality is missing.

Hi Jonatan,

MTASC is able to produce code for the latest version of player 6, similar to
the option in flash, it's 6.79 afair.
Other than that, F6 has some difficulities with interfaces and doesn't know
exceptions.

Cheers,
Ralf.

        Hello everyone!

I am using ASDT to develop an application that needs to be Flash Player
6 compatiple :S

It seems like it gets built without errors, but there are great
unwanted differences in functionality from when built for Flash player 7.

The ASDT log doesnt work when built for FP6 (it only traces out
numbers... ) and I can't find a good reference to what changed from 6-7 (I know
that variables are case insensitive at runtime in FP6).

Any ideas where I can look or how to succesfully debug the code?

        Thanks in advance!
