mmm....I'm not an expert in this kind of things, but common sense should be the way to deal with this. IMHO, that's a strange petition since the word "Flash" is used in a lot of things not Adobe Flash Related. "Adobe Flash" should be the trademark and not only "Flash". People could agree only to maintain good relations with Adobe but I don't think this could be mandatory.

If not Queen or DC Comics have an huge problem ;)
