Hi Glen, TO and VO are synonymous. TO is probably clearer in intent and, in retrospect, I wish I'd used that term.
A TO/VO should contain all the data required to carry out a unit of business logic. It's used for transfer/transport. The Model in Arp is where you store data on the client.
