Igor,

 

It’s not WYSIWYG, it’s more WYCIWYG (what you code is what you get :P), but I advice you to try aswing (www.aswing.org). It’s very similar to JAVA SWING, it’s AS 2.0 compatible, good documentation, good architecture and performance and I bet you’ll love it after the first use.

 

If you want more solutions (but not WYSIWYG), try looking through the list, your question was already posted some times J

Excuse me for off-topic, but may be somebody can advice me some WYSIWYG component for Flash (AS 2.0 compatibility will be great, but not obligatory since I can use DLL to load it at run-time)?
