Thanks for help, problems with connection are succesfully resolved by 
uninstalling Macromedia Server and RED5 Server reinstalation.

I would love to help, but we need a whole lot more information than
this in order to do so.

What version of Red5 are you using?
What (if any) exceptions are being thrown by the server?
Are you trying to run two RTMP servers at once; are they using the same port?

You are better off answering these questions and sending them to the
Red5 mailing list so that the experts there can give it a look.
