flashout compile woes

From googling AMES and Eclipse...

I need to install SWFmill , correct ?

Does anyone know of any guides out there that outline installing a working AMES system into Eclipse ?

many thanks as I am into my first week with Eclipse

after 5 days of swearing at it, I am finally coming around ;)
