Not problem with the IDE for sure – have the SWF Studio using swf’s from flash to read in the same parameters and renders fine. Only a problem when MTASC renders out the swf. I will do more tests. Thanks anyway.

Hi Geoff,

Maybe stupid question but  can you confirm that this effect does not occur when compiling with the IDE?

If so, it seems more like a plugin error.

Onderwerp: [osflash] Possible MTASC bug?? Rendering Text fields with embeddedfonts getting cut off using MTASC

Hello, been using MTASC to render out some swf on the fly using parameters outputted by a SWF Studio exe.

So far, so good, but when I got to dynamic text fields using embedded fonts and dynamic TextFormats, ran into a strange problem

It seems that the text content is being shifted up (baseline, I guess) causing the top line of text to be cut off. I have all the parameters set correctly (ie autosize, wordwrap, multiline….), just not working?

Any thoughts??

Thanks,

Geoff
