No, there isn't. It would be absurd for it to be illegal, since you
could simply write your own intrinsic classes from the API
specifications for the Flash Player, which is free.

Besides, none of the code in the core classes are compiled into
btyecode in your application; they are already found in the player
itself. They are there for type-checking.
