Hi João ...

First I want to point out that this is something that IS in actually Aral's business and I feel bad to have
a discussion without his attention. Anyway I want to respond to your suggestions:

I think your structure is good but reinvents the wheel and adds useless overload to the structure.

Some thoughts that raise when I see this list:

- Welcome page with news;

There is a lot of things to start with - How about a big & fat "1000 arrows to your informations"
Which is kind of flash animation that shows with big arrows where can be clicked and informs
you about what you can find here. Maybe a bad idea ... though ...

- Introduction to osflash (What is osflash, what's so good about osflash, comparing flash to ajax, etc);

I think flash as platform and the open source community including their tools don't need to prove theirselves
by regardless bad/evil statements its the quality and response that helps.
Anyway: Some information about this should be claimed but those can be set butI would not make this a "big" one.

- General osflash blog (the idea that was proposed previously);
- Getting started tutorials (ide configuration, tools to use, different kinds of workflows, etc);
- Success stories (with screenshots, detailed information, tools and techniques used, interviews with the developers);
- Developers (detailed list of developers available to give consulting to enterprises or individuals - this section name needs to be changed)

I put those together because i think all those can be prominent Tags or Categories of posts because all those should be
asap read with the RSS feed. There should be a developer index of all writers of articles. I also suggest a open source
frappr group (http://www.frappr.com/?a=widgetlandingg&gid=749525&giv=1 ) to point out where the members are located and where
in the world you might find them.

Suggesting a list of every living osflasher would mean we are enough people to fit in the list. And furthermore I think those who
contribute to flash - to open source and the flash platfrom - are of big value to should be honored for their work. I think some
"exclusivity" should be given.

- Events (a list of calendarized events about general flash and osflash, conferences, etc);

Good stuff! Nothing to say ...

- Forum or mailing list (for newbies);

This can also be a list of forums all over the world that discuss about open source in the certain language. The bigger
communitys are language driven (i know flashforum.de as very big german forum with few members here). I saw on
Macromedias beta testing application a mailinglist/forum mixture that somehow worked like one. Is there some kind
of extension to the current mailinglist system available? I don't want (as most others) to have two systems to check.

- OsFlash community (shortcut to the current platform - this section name needs to be changed)

How about calling it a wiki ? Because thats actually what it is - right? Important!

yours
Martin.
