Bootcamp is always a beta, and there is one annoying problem (at  
least a friend of mine has a macmini with this problem) :
The clock in windows doesn't get the right time, i dunno why, and if  
you set it back to the right hour in windows, and then you boot on  
mac os X, the hour in osX is not good. the only way is not  to set  
the time in windows... but it may be annoying, depending if file  
dates are important for you.

Also with bootcamp, if you absolutely want to transfer datas from the  
windows partition to the mac partition (or hard drive), the windows  
system has to be on a FAT partition, which isn't really good...

Mac os X is always the best system to run on a mac...
