with a link at >Mailinglists< to osflash (are there projects hosted on osflash?) in the "Technote" area found at "> Support > Flash > Flash Web Sites" mixed with some other stuff. Beside the fact that even flashforum.de (which is a quite big online community in the german area) misses: Where are all the other projects? How do they get actualized? May all those displayed (like Sandy for example) be important? In order for anyone to publish some project on the web needed to spread notes in various different places (40 forums or something, all driven by others than Adobe) in order to tell the flash world: Hey I am here. So: Centralized service has not been recognizable to me before osflash. A developers starting with Flash does not know whats available and will not see it until reading about it from other resources but from adobes. Other companies/platforms barly differ but at least they don't try to compete with the current open source portals.
I have been again aggressive: Its not meant this way: I just want to show that there should be a communication between people who develop open source and the people who want to use them / publish them. If adobe seriously conciders that: Why don't they ask people that are already in this business (of creating open source tools) to share efforts or give their opinion? Isn't it a sign itself that there is no desire to have a dialog? I hope(d) it could change but somehow its disappointing to see this things happen to the (os)flash community. I would like to see adobe working together with osflash to build a better world together (since Adobe is the stronger one they need to start).
greetings
Martin.

Sorry to hear that Aral -- its not my experience over here, but then

Take care,
Peter
