I must confess that I had a pretty hard time until I found the information to set up ASUNIT to work with my FlashDevelop + MTASC + ANT enviroment. The documentation on the official website is outdates and scarce. The blogosphere is the best way to go. I also found valuable information on the maling list archive.
This post was particulary useful: http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?thread_id=11561563&forum_id=42743
I'd like to add also that one of the things that really attracted me on unit testing was the "test-driven" approach where you first write your test code and after you implement the code itself. It forces you to think about yours tested class interface in a SOA-way... pretty interesting :)
I will be setting using the AS2ANT approach which seems to be a faster and clever workflow. I've just downloaded the new AS2ANT version from simonwacker's blog: http://www.simonwacker.com/blog/archives/000106.php
There's something that confused me, though. I thought that ASUNIT was the only Unit-test framework available for the flash platform it seems that the (great) AS2LIB framework also has it's own Unit-testing implementation?
@Chris: I tried to access your workshop, and ironically it's the only quicktime video that doesn't open on the page :(
Cheers,
Marcelo.

Not a book, but Neil at nwebb.co.uk has written up a pretty decent tutorial. Drop him an email, I don't think he's released it publicly yet but I'm aware he's interested in feedback.--On 24/10/06, Marcelo de Moraes Serpa <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:Btw, could anyone suggest me a good book about Unit tests? On 10/23/06, Marcelo de Moraes Serpa < [EMAIL PROTECTED] > wrote:Hmm.. seems I've tried to enter the wrong url...On 10/23/06, Chris Allen <[EMAIL PROTECTED] > wrote:Try ASUnit it's being actively developed and works with Simon's AS2Ant
