I just need to follow the naming conventions and then compile it to a appname_installer.swf and have my app.swf available on the same dir level

If you use the Ant building system released on Fever framework ( check SVN ), you can just click on "publish" task.
Before, you have to change your application name in " build.application.xml#application.name"
And all you files are created ( swf, installer and html file )
