I think it's been working since 0.9.24 actually, but I'm not sure about that. Anyway, under wine, the IDE works alright but I have encountered several issues: some flas just won't open for some reason and rendering of the Flash content in the IDE can be painfully slow (sometimes doesn't even refresh properly), especially if lots of text is involved. At times, typing text content into a static text field has so much latency that some letters are skipped. That's a quite irritating.
