I'm open to anybody applying - really - to start with it's just a Flash Developer (albeit advanced Flash dev) role. Personally I have always been somebody that learns on the job and I always like to give others the opportunity to do the same. I just need to have a certain level of confidence that you can pick it up.
We are, in fact, currently embarking on an open-source initiative for some of our AS2 libraries. So if you joined then you would almost certainly have some 'paid time' to contribute to the OS community :)
