I have been experimenting with exactly the same setup. I spent most of
the weekend working on this and trying to figure it out. FME is
relatively new, so the approach I was trying to take was the same
concept as any live video. Try this tutorial as a starting point for
Flash and FMS.

This works with FMS, and I think I am close to getting it to work with red5.
