Et donc on ne risque rien avec un usage commercial de ce protocol ?

Ca s'appelle le "FUD" (http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/FUD). Le fait
d'utiliser un protocole existant est tout a fait légal, en particulier
en Europe où les brevets logiciels ne sont pas autorisés.
