Hi guys,

My friends at the testing department (¬¬) just found that Screenweaver
is leaving files in the TEMP folder after closing.

When the application starts, it creates a folder in Windows TEMP
folder. That folder has a *.tmp name and it contains some files
(including the main swf) and another one called "____mmfp.ocx". When
application closes, all files are deleted but that one (around 2mb).

I haven't found too much information on Google about it, but i *guess*
it's related to the Flash player embedded in Screenweaver. You cannot
delete it while the app is running.

So, although i think i can find Windows TEMP folder using Screenweaver
(via screenweaver.system.Registry or swSystem.getEnvironmentVar) i
doubt i could delete the file from Screenweaver itself. We will
probably need to call a small C or VB app to do so when SW closes.

Any ideas or comments?

Thanks a lot,

Juan

ps: i'm talking about the "old" Screenweaver, not the HX version.
