Gentlemen,

There's OFLA2 schedule at the official OFLA2 page (http://osflash.org/ofla2)

Time calculation there confuses me. In OFLA2 schedule, the time shift between
EST time and UTC/GMT time is presented as -4 hours:

        15:00 UTC/GMT - 11:00 EST Aral Balkan
            o Introduction

But EST (Eastern Standard Time) is shifted by -5 hours to UTC/GMT, not -4 as in
the official OFLA2 schedule.

Wikipedia says the same (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EST#Time):

        # Eastern Standard Time - three separate time zones use this name:
            * the Australian time zone at UTC+10
            * the Brazilian Eastern time zone at UTC-3
            * the North American time zone at UTC-5

Could you explain it?
