Hi Igor, IMHO, once an flv is encoded, you can't recreate keyframe from frames. Anyhow, only an encoder can do such a process, not flvtool2 which only read the binary datas and create the metaddata at the beginning of the flv. Maybe mencoder or ffmpeg can re-encode your stream ?

BTW, like JPEG, an already encoded video won't recover quality by this mean. Then only its weight will go up.
