Thanks Ibrahim, yeah, of course i can, maybe with a java program at the
background, but if i can just encode it in the client, then i got smaller
file to transfer to server, you know the file size for a network application
is important. Also, if i can encode it in the client, i don't need to
convert again in the server...

So, well, i'm searching a encoder written in other languages too then i may
can convert it to AS3, but no lucky, still searching...
