you need to compile you application.java file, then make jar file of org
folder and put jar file in red5/webapps/yourApp/WEB-INF/lib/yourApp.jar
change following files.......
log4j.properties
red5-web.properties
web.xml
red5-web.xml
accroding to your application
and then it will work INSHALLAH
