Hi,

Yes, I know -- Flex 3 is about to make this redundant.

But since there are maybe a few weeks before Adobe make another one
of my little pet projects an irrelevance, here's the deal:

There were actually a few releases of wsdl2as earlier in the year
to support one of the projects[1] we were working on. Deadlines
kept me from announcing the releases publicly, at the time.

You can find some sparse info on the 0.4 release over here:

  http://maven.badgers-in-foil.co.uk/sites/wsdl2as/

Everything is Maven based now; you can use the provided
maven-wsdl2as-plugin as part of your project's Maven-based build
process. Worked nicely with the israfil.net Flex plugin,
but if you're not already a Java-weenie, you'll probably have
difficulty getting it all to work.

This 'new' release features no documentation, and will blow up
at the slightest whiff of an XML Schema construct that it
doesn't support (since I only really implemented support for the
'easy 20%' of cases, this will happen often).

So, enjoy! Oh, and there's a mailing list for the project now
too:

ta,
dave
