Yep, that thought had crossed my mind too. Although this is the case for all pages in the Wiki, it seems to affect Red5 the most. I guess because Papervision and some other big projects have their own domains too.

A small redesign of the OSFlash navigation should help. Maybe put a background color behind the "this page"-navigation so it stands out more, or put one of the two menus horizontal?
