(at least, with 0.6.3 you could...)

somewhere in your red5 directory. The exemples will learn you rather
directly how to make the main Red5 features work... You may also have
a look at the server side API which is quite clear and well documented
( I don't know if this version is really up to date :
http://dl.fancycode.com/red5/api/ ; you can probably generate the
current one from the red5 distrib )
