Sadly not as my main working computer but i've been using Ubuntu at home por a couple of years now and i'm pretty happy with it too. I'm really not missing Photoshop or Illustrator because with GIMP and Inkscape i have more than enough, but by all means i'm NOT a designer.
What i really miss is a nice ActionScript IDE for Linux. I don't like Eclipse (that rules out FDT, Aptana or FlexBuilder) so i either run FlashDevelop on a VM or use good ol' Scite. I wish Sephiroth brings SEPY back to life: http://www.sephiroth.it/weblog/archives/2008/05/talking_about_dead_projects.php Sorry, I digress, I'm not adding much useful here : ) Cheers!
