Unfortunately the position I'm in now has not been condusive to me to use a modeler in a while I had a lot of luck a couple years back with
http://argouml.tigris.org/ http://argouml-actionscript3.tigris.org/ Java based so will run on any platform, support for Actionscript, and great stub code generation.
