It sounds cool indeed. There's something along the lines for AS2 and it's called Fluby:
http://github.com/bomberstudios/fluby/tree/master But what I missed the most in Fluby when I used it was the ability to create my own templates for projects. Turkish Sweater looks much more flexible and probably powerful due to Ant. Good work.
