Aslam-o-alaikum Brother...

Do you have idea of server side coding in Red5. You an do it in JAVA.. The
recent release of Red5 version 7 is using ActionScript as server side
programming language. In previous versions it was JAVA. use server side
script to pick the stream from streams folder and place it in web server
which is already built in with Red5 named jetty. and then you can download
it from there easily.

If you have time, let me look into some other option too...
