[osg-submissions] QuickTime on Leopard Fix

There was a bug with QTUtils.h when compiling on HFS case-sensitive file system. The #include<Quicktime/Quicktime.h> line needs to be replaced with #include<QuickTime/QuickTime.h> 

The complete file from the latest SVN + the change is attached.
