Hi Mike,

Additions now merged and submitted to SVN.  The only changes I've made
are to rename osgshaders2 to osggeometryshaders as I feel this is a
bit more descriptive.

I haven't yet plugged in my 8800GTS to see if the new support works
fine here, will do this later this after noon.  My 8800GTS isn't
plugged in all the time as it rather a energy guzzler and my present
work hasn't had an use all those loverly shader units.
