Hi Paul,

Just integrated, a loverly little demo.  I can think of some really
useful extensions to it, such as interactive adjustment of near far
compute mode, and near-far ratios - as adjustment of these would be
shown right away in the 3rd person view.

I've just submitted to new demo.
