Hi Robert,
I've now recreated the error you are seeing, the reason why I wasn't
previously seeing it was that previous runs of cmake had created the
OpenSceneGraph/include/osg/Config etc, so the out of source build was
finding this.
I don't have a solution yet, but working on it.
