I've now spotted the reason for the above... so no need to explain -
its just a setting.
Sorry, a bit of a late start, so I already replied... :-)
These changes shouldn't change the functionality at all, it'd be worth
you having a check over my changes to make sure that are in keeping
with what you expected from the handler.
The changes seem fine, I'll look them over more in detail in a few
minutes. Putting the operations as internal classes is certainly OK, and
cleans up the interface a bit.
