Or make it configurable (Frame Buffer, FBO, pbuffer). IIRC, if you
don't want to open a window (i.e. you want your app to be
command-line only) you need to use a pbuffer, so that would be a nice
option.
Yepp, I agree: making it configurable, but defaulting to pbuffer (i.e.
no-windows popping up) would be a good solution.
But for now, speed improvements is my main concern (Thanks to Daniel and
Robert for their suggestions. I'll try to test them out as soon as I get
the time)
Of course, this is something that can be added later (even by someone
else) so don't sweat it. I was just expressing a wish :-)
