Ahh the coding bug is hard to let go of then :-) I still haven't had the quiet time I crave for sitting down to spend some quality time with osgWidget. The next stage of the volume rendering project will be requiring 3D GUI elements so it'll give me an opportunity to play, and my expectation is ideas for design refinements will likely flow from this hands on experience. I don't yet feel knowledgeable enough about osgWidget to dive in suggestions yet though. Come February I'll be able to get on a start my work on the volume rendering GUI elements.
