You're post bounced as you weren't yet subscribed, but I caught the
submission and have reviewed and merged it with the 2.8 branch and
svn/trunk.

In a future version of the OSG I'd like to move implementations like
QOSGWidget into include/osgViewer/api/Qt, this would be pure header
implementation and not compiled by osgViewer, it'd be purely something
that end users can include in their apps.
