Hi Geoff,

Thanks for the changes.  I've just done a review and feel that it
would be best to move the implementation details from the header into
the InertiaVisitor.cpp, as this insulate changes to the implementation
effecting the abi, and would make for an easier to read public
interface.

I am also inclined to cut out alot of the extranous viewer setup that
was inherited from osgviewer, as the examples are meant to focus
solely on the issues pertaining to what they are illustrating.

Thoughts?
