Attached is a fix to build the debug version of osgviewerWX on Windows Visual 
Studio 2008. (The entire file)

The release version is fine. The error message returned without the fix is:

 

Error 1 error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol "protected: virtual class 
wxString __thiscall wxAppTraitsBase::GetAssertStackTrace(void)"
