Hi Guy,

I've reviewed the changes and they look fine.  I've removed the
//MTSI, there really isn't any need to add these as I use a graphical
diff tool which makes it obvious what you've changed.  I also need to
add an #include<algorithm> to get things to compile.

Changes now merged and submitted to svn/trunk.
