Hi Chuck, Sorry for this intrusive remark, but I often switch between paid and express versions of the same MSVC: - Full version supports plugins (especially refactoring tools, memory checkers, distribuable compilation systems, etc.) - But Express version loads faster, have lower latency, and crashes less often.
However having to re-configure to get/remove folders seem not abusive to me. Maybe you could add an (advanced) option to manually disable folders in paid versions? That way, everyone should be happy!
