Robert, Just as an update, I did some more research and I think I understand what I need to do on my end. I work for a U.S. national laboratory, so there is a whole copyright process I need to go through before I can release code. It sounds like it's possible though, but may take a while.
Please remove the changes I submitted for now, I'll re-submit when I make it through the copyright process.
