Here is the patched .cpp file.

I went with .tctrl and .teval for the shader extensions. There doesn't seem to 
be any standard for this yet, and the only other obvious shorthand would be 
.tessc .tesse. Those however only differ by one character so I figured the the 
option I went with was the better choice.
