Hi Pjotr, I have merged your fixes (1 & 2) to osgViewer::Renderer and osgUtil::Optimizer and checked these into svn/trunk.
I haven't merged the fixes for item 2 - collateReferencesToDependentCameras as I don't feel that the check against the NodeMask is robust - SceneView can internally manage stereo cameras so I won't to have a look at what the consequences of this are. My gut instinct is that SceneView itself should worry about making sure collateReferencesToDependentCameras behaves itself. I haven't yet had a chance to investigate this further so I'll have to leave this/discussion of it till another day.
