You attachment didn't make it through unfortunately, it might be that you haven't been granted permission from the forum moderators yet, but this isn't something I'm not personally involved in so can't help you here. The osg-submissions mailing list is what I use and much more reliable for handling attachments, the forum mirrors it and automatically posts to it but the attachments don't reliably get through, in this instance even on the forum your attachment is missing though.
