Just done a diff against what I merged and it doesn't look like anything has functionality changed, is it simply that you updated the code to work with svn/trunk? If so then what I've already merged should be fine. The only difference of your latest submission with what I merged is that I had to reorder the member variables to fix a reorder warning and I also removed the == true in PerProgramObject destructor in the .cpp as the rest of the OSG doesn't bother with this for bools. I have now checked in the changes with my small changes, could you do an svn update and let me know if everything works fine.
