Hi Tim,

Thanks for the fix.  I have merged the submission with a small tweak so
that the maths for the top right corner of the copy region is computed as
x+width, y+height rather than width+x, height+y that you had, this doesn't
change the effect of the code but is more natural to read and more
consistent with how other parts of the OSG handle similar tasks.

I have now checked these changes into svn/trunk and the OSG-3.2 branch.
