Hi Pawel, Sorry for such a big delay with getting this great example reviewed and checked in - for the most of this year I've been snowed under with work and only now making proper inroads into my submissions backlog.
I have done a first pass review of the submission, I only had to make a small tweak to fix a warning of a member variable initializing itself in a constructor, everything else compiled and runs nicely. I have merged and checked the submission into svn/trunk. I will need to sit down and spend some more time with the example to understand it all - it's a complex but very impressive bit of work.
