I have OpenSceneGraph-3.4 branch checked out and the src/OpenThreads/CMakeLists.txt is identical to the one you provided in your zip file and identical to the one you have in your git clone of the OSG. If you think there something wrong with the OSG's 3.4 branch you'll need to be specific and also provide the correct files.
